He has a plan.

One of my greatest desire is to know God's plan and adjust my life to fit with them.We should know that He will never speak a word to you that will contradict His character or His sovereignly designed plans. Before we discern God's voice we have to recognize and believe that God has a plan.He has written a script we have to follow. He does not want us to create our own, write new lines,or change His to suit our agendas. He just wants us to recognize and trust that His plans are best.
God's plans were formulated and prepared before our birth or even before time began. He already has an agenda for our career, ministry, finances, and family;and His plans should always take precedence over our own.
We have to decide either to spend our time discovering and aligning ourselves with the purposes of God or doing what we want while asking God to bless it.We often go ahead with our purposes hoping God would give us His seal of approval.
Believing that God is in ultimate control and has a soverign plan governing our lives gives us framework through which to understand God's leading.Without confident trust in this biblical truth,we will lack the means to clearly hear God's voice speaking to us.
"We are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus,so that we can do the good things He planned for us long ago"(Eph 2:10,NLT).God re-created us fully equipped in Christ to handle what God's will requires and to do good works.Since we are to participate in works that have been prepared beforehand,we can't accomplish them in our own power. We should walk in them as Christ expresses Himself in and through us.God created us anew to walk in His divinley-created purposes.
As we seek to hear God's voice and discover His plan,we must believe that He has a sovereign plan for our lives. When he speaks,His voice will always be in accordance wiht His purposes.
