Will power and discipline are important,but will power alone will not be enough.
Jesus said that apart from God we can do nothing(John15:15).We must always depend on God asking him to supply the ability to make the right choices.We were not created to function well without Him.The sooner we realize that,the better off we will be.
God has a great future planned for all of us.We need to be ready for it.
This Christmas season as all of us hustle and bustle with all of the extra chores we bring on to ourselves,let us not forget to depend on Him.Let God do the heavy lifting and get ready to do whatever God asks of us to do in return.
Remember that the more humble we are,we are portraying God's humbleness,which has been proved in the way His son Jesus was born.
